Important Notice Regarding Cruickshank & MacLennan Law

 

Dear Valued Clients,

 

It is with great sadness that I write to inform you of the passing of my wife, Cathleen MacLennan, the sole practitioner of Cruickshank & MacLennan Law. This is a profound loss for our family and for the community she was proud to serve.

 

I want to reassure you that, despite her passing, Cruickshank & MacLennan remains operational for limited administrative purposes. In particular, if you or your estate requires the release of your will or other stored estate planning documents, arrangements are in place to ensure that this service can continue to be fulfilled in an orderly and professional manner.

 

We are actively working to put a permanent solution in place that will allow the practice to continue serving the community’s legal needs in the future. Further information will be shared as those plans are finalized.

We are deeply thankful for the trust and loyalty the community placed in my wife and her legal practice over the years.
